Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an accomplished store leader to manage one location in Kaneohe, Hawaii. In this role, you will own day-to-day store performance, guide the team, and help ensure strong financial results alongside a great guest experience. The company emphasizes associate growth through paid leadership training, mentoring, and ongoing support.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As the store manager, you will oversee all operations for a single store. Your scope includes recruiting, leading, and directing associates, keeping the business on track toward financial targets, and making sure guests receive consistently excellent service.
To set you up for success, the company provides an 8-week or longer store leadership training program.
Compensation and Rewards
This position offers a pay rate of $28 to $31 per hour, along with eligibility for bonus opportunities. The employer notes that actual pay within this range depends on factors such as location and experience, and bonus programs may be modified or ended at any time.

Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- ServeSafe certification in food safety
- Willingness to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
Work Environment
This role is physically active and based in a busy restaurant setting. Team members can expect hot work areas, steam, food vapors, restricted workspace, high noise levels, limited storage, and shelving at height. The position involves standing for long periods, preparing both hot and cold food, using a Chinese kitchen knife and other equipment, moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across 36-inch counters, and handling changing priorities and difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
