Sr. Executive - Business Ethics & Compliance

Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting business ethics and compliance activities within a pharmaceutical environment. The role involves reviewing event-related documents, tracking deviations, coordinating remediation actions, and assisting internal teams with compliance-related documentation and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review pre-event documentation and assign URNs after evaluation.
• Track deviations, monitor follow-up actions, and support remediation efforts.
• Respond to questions from commercial initiators and guide them on the documents required for compliance.
• Gather and analyze information, then compile weekly reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet compliance obligations.
• Deliver training and communication to all initiators.
• Contribute to risk assessment initiatives and related projects.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing compliance.

Education Required

Graduation in Science or Law is required, along with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
