What the role involves
- Handling the complete recruitment process for non-technical roles.
- Finding candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and similar channels.
- Reviewing applications, screening profiles, and creating shortlists.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Supporting offer rollout and onboarding activities.
- Tracking recruitment progress and preparing hiring reports and metrics.
What is expected
- Prior experience in non-IT hiring or talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to source candidates and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Clear communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to handle several open requisitions at once while meeting hiring goals.
