Role Overview

As the Solution & Service Manager for the Middle East, you will help accelerate the success of Sigenergy’s product range by combining technical know-how, solution planning, and consultative support for customers and channel partners. The position focuses on helping stakeholders apply Sigenergy solutions effectively, strengthening business growth through pre-sales involvement and solution positioning, and building market capability through training and knowledge sharing.

Core Responsibilities

You will work with sales teams, customers, installers, EPCs, and distributors to shape PV solar and energy storage solutions that match project needs. This includes technical input during pre-sales conversations, such as system sizing, configuration, and optimization, as well as close coordination with headquarters product and R&D teams so customer needs are reflected in product direction. You will also ensure solutions align with local technical regulations, safety rules, and compliance standards.

In addition, you will serve as a dependable technical resource for customers and partners, taking part in meetings, presentations, and negotiations while collecting market feedback and sharing it internally for product and service improvement. A major part of the role involves creating and delivering training for employees, customers, and partners, both online and in person, covering product knowledge, design approaches, installation practices, and safety guidance. You will also prepare training content, solution documentation, and reference materials to strengthen the partner network.

The role also includes tracking solution performance in the market, monitoring adoption and key metrics, identifying improvement areas, and preparing management updates on market demand, deployment progress, and competitor positioning. On the service side, you will oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and full testing of PV and energy storage systems, including DC, AC, EMS, and SCADA components, while ensuring that operating parameters meet design expectations and grid connection acceptance requirements.

You will be expected to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site, including problems related to equipment, communication, data, and system operation, so projects remain on schedule. Experience in technical consulting, solution selling, and enabling customers or partners is important, as is a strong track record of supporting complex deployments through solid project management.
