Role summary
This part-time remote position combines social media content creation with podcast hosting responsibilities. The role focuses on producing engaging digital content that showcases the venues and professionals featured on WeddingSuppliers.ie.
What the role involves
You will plan and create social media posts, short-form videos, stories, and captions for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. The work also includes researching wedding-related trends, gathering content from partner venues and suppliers, and keeping the brand voice consistent across all channels.
In addition, you will manage post scheduling, keep an eye on audience engagement, reply to comments and messages in a professional way, and work with the wider team on campaigns and promotional activity. You will also review basic performance data to help improve future content and extend audience reach.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should have strong practical ability in social media content creation, including writing concise captions and producing attractive posts and short-form video content. Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and coordinating across several social platforms is important.
