Role overview

Coffee Ed is looking for a dependable service crew member to support daily front-of-house operations in a lively dining setting.

What you'll do

• Deliver attentive and high-quality service so guests have a positive dining experience.
• Record customer orders accurately and bring food and drinks to tables with care.
• Keep the dining space neat, clean, and well arranged throughout service.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to help meals move out on time.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a calm, professional manner.

Qualifications and experience

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred, although no specific degree is required. The role is suited to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills and qualities

Strong verbal communication, customer service focus, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a friendly, polished approach with good attention to detail are important for success in this role.

Working conditions

This is a fast-moving environment, and the position includes night shifts and weekend work.
