Role summary
This position is responsible for shaping and overseeing learning and development activities across the organization, with a particular emphasis on helping the sales function perform better. The role involves creating and delivering training that strengthens employee capability, especially in ERP and SaaS environments. It also requires strong HR knowledge and an understanding of the sales process so the sales team can be more effective and contribute to revenue growth. A key part of the job is expanding the learning and development function, spotting capability gaps, and supporting ongoing growth in line with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out learning needs assessments across all departments.
- Build and facilitate training programs covering technical, behavioral, and sales-related topics.
- Create organized onboarding paths for new employees, with special attention to the Sales team.
- Help develop the Sales team across the complete sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms.
- Background exposure to SaaS or ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employee development.
Preferred certification
- Training of Trainers (ToT) certification is preferred.
Work location and type
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
