Over six decades, the firm has built strong expertise across functions and sectors, supported by a worldwide network of relationships. Its local market knowledge is combined with a broad global reach, allowing it to support clients on six continents.

The firm emphasizes work that has a meaningful effect on people and on client success. Supporting the creation of high-performing leadership teams is treated as a serious responsibility, and that mindset shapes how colleagues work with both clients and candidates.

Culture and ways of working

  • Work is built around three core partnerships: with clients, with candidates, and with colleagues.
  • The organization promotes a team-based structure where compensation and culture recognize collaboration rather than internal competition.
  • Client relationships are approached as long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions.
  • Diversity and inclusion are treated as strengths, and people are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work.
  • The team values curiosity, courage, and a willingness to challenge assumptions with purpose.
  • The company combines international scale with the flexibility of a boutique practice.
  • It is partner-owned and partner-led, creating strong accountability and alignment.
  • The environment is described as high-performing but low-ego, with an emphasis on teamwork and generosity.
  • The model supports flexibility, innovation, and room to grow a client portfolio within a practice.
  • The firm draws on deep sector expertise across more than 50 industries, backed by over 275 partners globally.
  • Quality, discretion, and speed are central to the client experience.
  • Compensation is positioned as competitive and transparent, with strong research, delivery, and partner support resources.

  • Work with the finance team to confirm billing details and ensure invoices are issued on time.
  • Arrange approved notes, gifts, food, and supplies for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate the launch and closeout of search assignments.
  • Draft engagement letters, collect biographies, and keep candidate search content current.
