What you’ll do

• Examine large, complex structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and meaningful business insights.
• Convert business needs into well-defined analytical approaches and produce findings that support decisions.
• Carry out advanced SQL analysis across multiple data sources while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Create and support dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI or Tableau for leadership and business teams.
• Gather, clean, check, and reconcile data from different systems to maintain strong data quality.
• Work closely with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders on key data initiatives and reporting needs.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and one-off analytical requests as needed.
• Spot data issues or missing elements and recommend ways to improve reporting efficiency and analytical capability.

What we’re looking for

• 8 to 10 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong command of SQL, including complex extraction, transformation, and analytical querying.
• Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data handling techniques.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, validation, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets in a structured enterprise setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
• Exposure to data modeling, Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Python, R, or Databricks would be an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
