Role Overview

The Senior Client Servicing Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers and helping ensure a positive experience with Delhivery’s products and services. The role involves addressing queries, complaints, and requests across phone, email, and chat, while providing prompt, accurate, and useful information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with shipment tracking, delivery-related questions, and quick resolution of routine concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment issues such as missing or damaged parcels, customs-related delays, and delivery exceptions.
  • Manage customer engagement through the ticketing system, ensure timely responses, and monitor closure of open tickets.
  • Handle billing-related questions, including charge explanations, dispute handling, claims support, and payment option guidance.
  • Assist with shipping services, delivery choices, compliance requirements, documentation needs, and claim monitoring.
  • Use operational insights to suggest process improvements and strengthen internal service performance.
  • Address customer escalations by preparing RCA and CAPA documents and presenting appropriate resolutions.
  • Work with internal teams to support account performance and strengthen client relationships.
  • Help define SOPs, map and finalize requirements, manage client NPS, and recommend practical business solutions.
