Role overview
This is a senior AI engineering role for someone who can take ownership of LLM-based solutions, build production-ready AI services, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ship intelligent features.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt and deploy large language models for specialized business use cases.
- Create and maintain retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
- Turn machine learning models into RESTful services using FastAPI.
- Design and implement smart chatbot solutions.
- Build agentic AI flows and multi-step reasoning systems.
- Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered functionality.
Required experience
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Technical requirements
- Strong command over Python.
- Practical exposure to LLMs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Qwen, or LLaMA through projects or hands-on work.
- Understanding of fine-tuning methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and SFT.
- Experience creating REST APIs with FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- Working knowledge of RAG systems, including vector databases, embeddings, and chunking approaches.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and tools such as LangChain or similar platforms.
- Experience with data preprocessing and pipeline creation.
- Ability to learn fast, work independently, and own deliverables end to end.
Additional details
Location is remote/work from home. The position is full-time. The role offers a salary of INR 5,00,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year. There is 1 opening available. The expected start is immediate. Applications are open until 17 July 2026 at 23:59:59.
