Role overview
This position is for a Technical Project Manager focused on SAP Cloud Integration and SuccessFactors integration work. The role centers on guiding technical deployment, orchestrating integration efforts, and improving the performance and reliability of SAP CPI solutions. You will help ensure that data moves smoothly between connected systems and supports better HR operations.
What you will do
- Lead technical implementation, rollout, and tuning of SAP Cloud Integration solutions.
- Manage complex integration initiatives end to end, making sure different systems exchange data accurately and efficiently.
- Drive project delivery with a strong focus on integration methods, execution discipline, and overall quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across levels and keep communication clear, timely, and effective.
- Work with teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot integration challenges, and improve solutions where needed.
- Support compliance, security, and regulatory expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build consensus within the team and guide collaboration toward project objectives.
Skills and experience needed
The role calls for solid project management capability, hands-on exposure to integration platforms, and the confidence to handle large IT initiatives. You should be comfortable leading teams, managing delivery, and working through technical and organizational complexity. Experience with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integration is especially relevant.

- Experience level expected: 7 to 8 years.
- Should be able to manage large-scale IT projects involving integration technologies and approaches.

- Familiarity with IT compliance and security considerations is important.
