About the Role

This role is focused on taking new salon partners from first contact all the way to a successful launch on the platform. You will work in the field, introduce the product to salon owners, coordinate onboarding steps, and help salons start receiving bookings smoothly.

Work Location

This position is for Gurugram. Candidates in Gurugram are welcome to attend a walk-in process. Applicants from Bangalore should submit their application online, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted. The role requires daily field visits in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for field-based partner acquisition and onboarding for salon businesses.

  • Visit salons in your assigned area in Gurugram or Bangalore and explain the platform to salon owners.
  • Manage the complete onboarding process until the salon is activated on the app.
  • Handle KYC, paperwork, and profile/listing setup for every partner salon.
  • Train salon staff on how to use the platform for bookings, schedules, and payments.
  • Track and achieve weekly salon activation goals.
  • Share ground-level feedback with the product and operations teams.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for candidates with experience or interest in field sales, merchant onboarding, or B2B outreach. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently pitch to small business owners are important. Candidates should communicate well in Hindi and English; Kannada is an added advantage for Bangalore-based work. A two-wheeler is required for field travel.
