Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with the field sales organization and leadership to strengthen sales execution through analytics, forecasting, territory alignment, compensation support, incentive program administration, and quota planning. This position turns data into practical guidance by building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs, and by delivering ad hoc analysis that supports decisions across sales, product management, and talent acquisition. The role also helps uncover trends and improvement opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based at the company headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The position requires 2 to 3 days each week in the office, with the rest of the schedule worked remotely depending on business requirements and team planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main internal contact for the field sales team on weekly forecasting, surgeon-to-territory matching, sales incentive support, and direct buy activity.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and help ensure the sales team is trained to use these tools effectively for performance tracking.
  • Review sales data to spot trends, estimate field activity, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for sales representatives and leadership as needed.
  • Maintain and improve the CRM platform (AcuityMD) while safeguarding data quality and accuracy.
  • Work with partners in product management, finance, talent acquisition, and commissions to improve and streamline sales operations.
  • Track pipeline activity and keep information accurate within the system.
  • Help design and roll out sales incentive programs.
  • Use AI-based tools and productivity software to assist with daily operations, including drafting messages, summarizing data, and simplifying recurring reporting tasks.
  • Make sure all sales processes follow company rules and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare space is preferred.
