Role Overview
This is an on-roll sales role based in Lucknow, focused on building and managing a team while driving business through advisors. The position is with Supro Consulting.
Core Duties
- Build and recruit a team for the sales function.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day motivation to team members.
- Support the team in selling products in the market.
- Generate sales by working through advisors on behalf of the company.
- Handle team management and supervise team performance.

Candidates from any graduation background may apply.
Compensation
The offered salary is INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
