Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad is focused on driving new business for Crew.inc. The Sales Executive will identify potential customers, qualify leads, run product demonstrations, explain the platform’s business value to decision-makers, and move opportunities through the sales funnel. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals against revenue goals.
Key Duties
- Source and assess prospective clients through outbound outreach and lead qualification.
- Deliver clear product presentations and demos of the HRMS platform.
- Communicate the solution’s value to relevant business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities progressing steadily.
- Draft proposals, discuss terms, and support final deal closure.
- Work with marketing and product teams to sharpen messaging and share market insights.
- Contribute to go-to-market efforts and help shape commercial strategy.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and support account expansion.
- Coordinate a smooth transition of closed deals to implementation teams.
- Travel for client meetings when required and handle multiple prospects at once.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline handling, ideally within SaaS or HR technology.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to run product demos and negotiate on value.
- Confident communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales reports, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and predict revenue.
- Background in B2B sales or enterprise solutions is an advantage; exposure to HRMS, payroll, or workforce management tools is a plus.
- Must be available to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel for meetings as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred, though relevant sales experience can also be considered.
