What the role involves
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own client base, develop new business, and connect talented candidates with leading employers. The position also involves handling negotiations, closing deals, and becoming well-versed in your chosen market segment.
Additional information
This opportunity is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite position. The compensation structure includes a base salary along with uncapped monthly commission. The package may also include relocation support, internal and external training opportunities, additional qualifications, healthcare coverage, and a recognition-led reward and bonus system at management level.
