Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support the sales function in Qatar. This position plays a key role in keeping day-to-day sales operations running efficiently by handling administrative coordination, maintaining records, and supporting communication across teams and with customers.

What You Will Do

  • Offer regular administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Keep customer information, sales records, and CRM data current and accurate.
  • Liaise with internal departments to help ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Track sales orders and follow up on outstanding requests until completion.
  • Help prepare responses for tender submissions and gather the required supporting documents.
  • Respond to customer questions and route them to the appropriate sales contact when necessary.
  • Arrange meetings, manage sales schedules, and organize related documents.
  • Make sure sales paperwork is complete, precise, and aligned with company requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to improve the efficiency of sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills
