Robotics AI Data Collection Operator

Role overview

This position supports the creation of data for the next generation of intelligent robotic systems. The operator will work directly with robotic platforms, complete structured tasks, and produce reliable demonstration data that can be used to train advanced AI models.

The role contributes to building robots that can carry out practical work in homes, warehouses, factories, and service settings.

Core responsibilities

The work is centered on robot handling, data capture, and ongoing process improvement.

• Control robotic systems through teleoperation tools and dedicated controllers.
• Demonstrate physical tasks so that training data can be collected.
• Carry out repetitive operations while maintaining high consistency and quality.
• Work according to detailed operating instructions and data-collection standards.
• Record and verify data produced during robot operation.
• Check completed demonstrations for correctness and quality.
• Support annotation and validation activities as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of finished tasks.
• Share observations about robot performance and task execution.
• Assist in testing newer robotic workflows.
• Contribute ideas that improve data-capture methods and operational efficiency.

Required profile

Candidates should be detail-oriented, coordinated, and comfortable with structured repetitive work. Basic computer use is also required.

Preferred background

Exposure to gaming controllers or simulation tools is an advantage. Prior work in manufacturing, assembly, lab, technical, quality assurance, or other process-driven environments is also useful. An interest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technology will be an added plus.
