About Chapter One

Chapter One is a contemporary hospitality platform focused on helping owners, developers, and partners unlock asset value through flexible operating approaches. Using branded, co-branded, and white-label formats, the company creates experiences that better match modern living needs.

Designed for residential, mixed-use, and transitional properties, Chapter One blends operational structure, stronger brand identity, and long-term value creation. With 120+ apartments already operating, more than 250 signed, and a pipeline of over 300 units across Riyadh and Dubai, the business is scaling a performance-led hospitality model for the region.

The company works across serviced apartments, flexible living, residential hospitality, and mixed-use assets through branded, co-branded, and white-label structures.

The Role

Chapter One is hiring a Revenue Manager to help establish and lead the revenue function as operations expand in Saudi Arabia. The portfolio spans hospitality, serviced apartments, multifamily, residential leasing, corporate housing, and extended stay, so the role calls for someone who can look beyond nightly pricing and occupancy alone.

You will help define how the company prices inventory, builds forecasts, manages distribution, reviews demand, supports owners, and improves commercial decision-making across different property types and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain pricing approaches for short-, medium-, and long-stay demand.
  • Shape revenue strategy across branded, co-branded, and white-label properties.
  • Track market movements, competitor rates, seasonality, events, corporate activity, relocation demand, and incoming supply.
  • Manage rate plans, booking controls, promotions, length-of-stay tactics, and channel performance.
  • Partner closely with sales, reservations, operations, finance, and guest experience teams.
  • Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, dashboards, and commercial tracking tools.
  • Assist with budgeting, owner updates, commercial reviews, and onboarding of new assets.
  • Help establish the operating rhythm, tools, and standards for revenue management in a growing hospitality business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is commercially strong, highly analytical, and hands-on. They understand that revenue management is not only about pushing rates higher, but about making smarter choices around demand, pricing, channel mix, length of stay, cash flow, guest segments, and asset value.

You should be comfortable in a scaling company where systems and processes are still being developed. The role requires someone who can bring order to commercial complexity, challenge ideas respectfully, and communicate recommendations with clarity. A strong awareness of how pricing decisions affect owners, guests, teams, operations, and brand positioning is important.

Preferred Experience

Experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, reservations, distribution, serviced apartments, extended stay, multifamily, residential leasing, corporate housing, or hospitality is preferred.

Hands-on exposure to multifamily, serviced apartments, residential leasing, extended-stay, corporate housing, or mixed short- and long-stay residential assets is essential.

Experience in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or the wider GCC market is strongly preferred.

You should have a solid grasp of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, segment mix, booking pace, lead time, monthly pricing, corporate rates, leasing cycles, and forecasting.

Experience using PMS platforms, channel managers, OTA extranets, revenue tools, dashboards, Excel, Google Sheets, and commercial reporting is expected.

Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic is an advantage, though not mandatory.

What We Offer

  • A fun working environment, because hospitality should feel enjoyable.
  • Fast-moving conditions that may be messy, but are meant to drive growth and new ideas.
  • The opportunity to help define not just a job, but a full commercial function.
  • A fair approach to work and rewards.
  • Respect for you, your ideas, and your path.
  • Freedom to make decisions, take ownership, and develop with the team.
  • The chance to help build one of the region’s most relevant residential hospitality platforms from the inside.
