Role overview

Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. is hiring friendly and energetic Restaurant Team Members for its Coleraine site in Northern Ireland. This is a permanent opportunity in a busy, fast-moving restaurant environment where you will help deliver a warm, customer-first experience shaped by Canadian hospitality.

The role is available on both full-time and part-time terms, with pay offered on an hourly basis in line with National Minimum Wage. The workplace is based at BT51 3NA.

Tim Hortons is a large quick-service restaurant brand with more than 5,000 locations globally and over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee served worldwide. The business continues to expand in the UK and plans to open hundreds more restaurants over the next 10 years.

What you will do

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will help create excellent guest experiences from the moment customers arrive through to service completion. Depending on your station, you may be welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, or helping prepare the bakery items and products customers enjoy most.

• Greet every guest warmly and maintain a consistently friendly manner.
• Provide quick, accurate, and courteous service.
• Handle straightforward customer questions and escalate more complex issues to the manager.
• Prepare and store food properly while keeping prep areas aligned with health, safety, and audit standards.
• Complete temperature checks and document them according to company procedure.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks in line with the cleaning schedule.
• Follow key standards for product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Work to restaurant and station standards as directed by the shift manager.
• Stay mindful of restaurant goals and targets so your work supports performance outcomes.
• Keep operational and kitchen spaces tidy, well stocked, and comfortable for customers.
• Report accidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses promptly.
• Follow all instructions correctly, including the use of PPE when required.

What we are looking for

Applicants should bring a positive attitude, a team-oriented approach, and prior customer service experience in a busy, fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction are essential. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
