Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Team Member position is based at Store 2727074Q, 3070 Cedartown Hwy SW, Rome, Georgia 30161. The schedule calls for flexible availability. The role centers on restaurant operations, guest service, food handling, cash control, cleanliness, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Deliver quick, courteous, and high-quality service to guests.
• Keep the restaurant tidy through routine cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve menu items while following brand rules, company standards, and health department requirements.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, and day-to-day operating standards.
• Track cash, sales, and inventory accurately.
• Comply with all applicable government regulations and safety procedures.
• Document incidents according to the company’s 5-minute rule process.

• Ability to reach, grasp, and handle items throughout the shift, including overhead reaching.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from floor level to overhead.
