About the Role
A reputed recruitment specialist focused on higher education is looking for an experienced Exam Controller for a full-time role at a well-regarded private university in Hyderabad. The position is centered on driving NEP 2020-aligned digital transformation across examination and credential processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full examination cycle, from planning and scheduling to exam conduct and result administration, using integrated digital systems that help secure certificates and transcripts against tampering.
- Support compliance with NAD and ABC requirements, including the use of verifiable digital badges for academic and skill credentials in alignment with Skill India initiatives.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to streamline workflows, train staff on credential platforms, and share verification-related performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a Registrar or Assistant Registrar role within an Indian college or university.
- Good understanding of education policies and digital platforms used in academic administration.
- Strong planning skills, careful attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders in a higher education environment.
