About the role

This position sits at the center of a fast-growing employee transportation business in India and beyond. The person in this role will drive the full strategy and execution for fleet operations, with a strong focus on bringing in new clients and launching them successfully. The work will span multiple geographies and customer accounts, with direct impact on the company’s growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

  • Create the right fleet plan for each new client rollout, including fleet sourcing, pricing structure, and payment terms.
  • Run the launch process with fleet partners and ensure smooth early operations by putting the right systems and processes in place to meet service-level targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define the best pricing and launch approach for new client wins.
  • Take part in request-for-proposal activities and other early-stage client discussions.
  • Manage large fleet partners effectively and build strong working relationships with them.
  • Understand fleet operations deeply and be able to develop and maintain financial models related to fleet business.
  • Handle employee shift transportation requirements for large enterprise clients and understand the operational nuances involved.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external leadership stakeholders and keep them aligned during planning and execution.
  • Use internal and external technology platforms comfortably as part of day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in mobility, logistics, operations, or employee shift transportation.
  • Strong business judgment, operational understanding, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to manage large fleet relationships and understand fleet business models.
  • Capability to build financial models for fleet-related planning and decision-making.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
