Role Overview

Tesla is looking for a seasoned and strategic Regional Campaign Lead to support its North America Sales and Delivery Organization and partner with the Field Sales team. This position plays a major role in strengthening brand visibility and expanding market reach by guiding regional outbound programs and campaigns. The scope covers the growth and optimization of initiatives such as events, self-serve programs, and media opportunities.

This is a high-impact opportunity to help expand several top-of-funnel programs across the region. The role calls for strong cross-functional coordination, hands-on ownership of complex initiatives, and the ability to shape strategy that supports regional market share growth. A strong focus on performance tracking and KPI analysis is essential, and you will work closely with internal teams to deliver programs successfully from planning through execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of planning, coordinating, and delivering region-wide events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion efforts while keeping leadership priorities, company objectives, and stakeholder needs aligned.
  • Use sound independent judgment to handle logistical or operational issues that arise during event planning or delivery, always choosing solutions that serve Tesla’s best interests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, local media, and cross-functional teams to improve event operations, support resource planning, and deepen community engagement while contributing to regional growth.
  • Negotiate with external partners and surface opportunities to leadership that can materially advance Tesla’s mission and business goals.
  • Track event and campaign KPIs, carry out post-program reviews, and use data-backed insights to improve processes and scale the most successful regional strategies.
  • Serve as a regional leader for top-of-funnel initiatives by offering strategic recommendations and performance insights that help shape growth decisions.
  • Oversee regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support growth objectives.

What You’ll Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or an equivalent background, along with at least 4 years of experience in demand generation or strategic program management. You should be comfortable advising senior leaders and driving strategic programs from concept to execution.

You’ll need hands-on experience negotiating vendor agreements and contracts with limited supervision, plus the ability to manage budgets for scalable top-of-funnel growth initiatives. About 75% of the job focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and budget optimization.

Success in this role also depends on the ability to juggle several projects at once, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving and often uncertain environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, along with a solid understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle. Advanced analytical thinking is needed to evaluate opportunities using data, trends, and performance tools.

A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed, with travel of up to 50% expected.
