Role overview

This position is for a recruiter based in Singapore, supporting corporate hiring needs and contributing to business development for the agency. The role covers end-to-end recruitment work along with client relationship management and sales-oriented outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporate clients and suitable candidates, including making cold calls where needed.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and final job offers.
• Arrange and carry out interviews for prospective candidates.
• Manage client and candidate accounts while also supporting business prospecting and development.
• Build networks and broaden outreach channels to support corporate sales efforts.
• Maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients, candidates, and internal team members.

Required profile

• A minimum degree from a recognised institution in any discipline is required.
• The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and have a positive outlook.
• Good interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• People who have taken part in sports or school activities will have an added advantage.
