About the Role

CreditMarket.ae is seeking a polished, well-organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth daily running of the office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and business partners in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff and management.
  • Track office supplies and equipment, and help keep inventory up to date.
  • Maintain both paper-based and digital filing systems in an organized way.
  • Support new hire onboarding and prepare related administrative paperwork.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and general office communication.
  • Assist with everyday office administration and coordination tasks.

Requirements
