Role Overview
In this position, you will be the first and final point of contact for guests, so your role is central to shaping their overall impression of the hotel. You will greet visitors in a warm, authentic and professional manner, helping to ensure each interaction is positive and memorable.
Your day-to-day work will include handling arrivals and departures, answering guest questions, and resolving requests efficiently and thoughtfully. Working closely with your team, you will help create a welcoming environment, stay attentive to guest needs and support the delivery of Motel One’s service standards throughout every stay.
What You Will Need
- Prior experience in hotel front desk operations or a customer-facing service role is preferred.
- Experience with Opera Cloud or another property management system is useful, though full training will be provided.
- A personable, polished and service-oriented approach is important for this role.
- Strong interpersonal communication, along with the ability to stay composed and organised in a busy setting, is required.
- You should be a collaborative team member who enjoys contributing to positive guest experiences.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining service quality are essential.
- Applicants must already be living in Ireland and have the legal right to work there.
