About the Role
Bayleys Havelock North is looking for a proactive, well-organised professional to take on a combined reception, sales support, and administration position. In this role, you will be the first person clients and visitors meet, while also supporting the office with administrative, marketing, and sales-related tasks.
The position offers variety from day to day. You will work alongside a high-performing team, help keep the sales process moving, assist with marketing coordination, handle administrative duties, and contribute to smooth office operations while delivering the standard of service associated with Bayleys.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
- Support agents and the wider team with administration and sales-related tasks.
- Help manage property listings, marketing activity, and sales paperwork.
- Keep CRM records up to date and ensure property details are accurate.
- Assist with auctions, staff events, and general office coordination.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Complete administrative and marketing tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
- Help maintain a polished, cooperative, and productive workplace culture.
About You
You should bring prior experience in reception, administration, sales support, or a closely related position. Exposure to real estate will be an advantage, though it is not essential.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator with strong customer service skills. You will need to handle several priorities at once, work to deadlines, use Microsoft Office comfortably, and adapt quickly to new systems. A helpful, positive approach and a genuine team mentality are important.
