Role overview
Bright Smile Medical Center is hiring for a front-desk and patient coordination role at its Al Ain branch. This opportunity is aimed at candidates who live in Al Ain and are looking for a stable position close to home.
Who this role suits
This position is suitable for applicants with a spouse or parent sponsorship, as well as those who do not require visa sponsorship, provided they are based in Al Ain.
Key duties
- Welcome patients and handle reception-related tasks professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
- Arrange appointments across the medical, dental, laser, and aesthetic departments.
Experience and skills
No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided. Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English and have basic computer skills.
Compensation
Monthly incentives and bonuses are offered, with earnings ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 depending on performance.
Interview details
Walk-in interviews are available every day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM except Saturday. No prior phone call or appointment is needed. Candidates may go directly to Bright Smile Medical Center in Al Muattarad, Al Ain.
