Role Overview
As an R&D Category Assistant, you will support a fast-moving team of scientists working on product safety, efficacy, dossier management and analytical laboratory compliance. The role calls for strong attention to detail, scientific discipline and the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
You will help maintain technical documentation for regulatory licence changes, support analytical chemistry work for global stability studies, and contribute to formulation and raw material activities. The position also involves working with cross-functional teams and external collaborators on global R&D initiatives, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal products.
Required Experience and Attributes
The role suits someone who can handle projects of different sizes with care and efficiency, communicate clearly, and provide practical guidance when needed. You should be comfortable working under pressure, keeping quality standards high, and meeting deadlines.
