Role overview
Wilmar Sugar & Renewables is seeking a Railway Traffic Controller to help manage cane train movements efficiently and safely. The position sits at the centre of real-time train coordination, using GPS-based tracking, scheduling tools, analytics, automation platforms and modern safety systems to support the movement of raw materials and finished products.

Work pattern
During the crush season, the job follows a continuous rotating shift roster that can include weekends and occasional overtime. In the maintenance period, the role moves to day shifts, with rostered days off most Fridays.
