Overview
Beger Company Limited is hiring a Promoter for its team in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time on-site position with 5 openings.
Role Summary
The role focuses on supporting new project rollouts and engineering changes in ongoing production while following company policies and procedures. You will coordinate project activities, help ensure launches run smoothly, and keep work aligned with cost, schedule, and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the successful execution of new project development and engineering changes for existing production.
- Work under the Division Manager to coordinate project-related activities and support smooth engineering change implementation and project launches.
- Take ownership of the projects assigned to you.
- Manage projects according to engineering work procedures and ensure they meet cost, timing, and quality targets.
- Prepare production readiness by releasing technical data and drawings.
- Track project milestones from request for quotation through to volume production.
- Keep customers updated on project progress and obtain the information needed to complete work on schedule.
Requirements
- B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering and project management.
- Background in the chemical industry is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
