About the Company

Its cloud-based platform brings together store planning, merchandising, marketing, execution, and analytics in a single system. As the company continues to expand across enterprise customers, it is strengthening its Customer Success organization to support that growth.
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Program Manager who can own complex customer implementations and help create a strong Project Management capability from the ground up. The role has high visibility and reports to the SVP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple enterprise SaaS implementations from start to finish.
- Define delivery processes, governance models, and operating best practices.
- Help recruit, coach, and develop Project Managers as the team expands.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment.
- Act as a reliable advisor to senior executives at leading retail clients.
Experience and Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation, or customer success within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success handling large, complicated implementation projects.
- Prior leadership experience, including mentoring or building teams of project managers.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing execution in a hands-on way.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working with C-level stakeholders.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Agile methods is considered an advantage.
