About the Role

This position is for a Production–Liquid Operator who can combine hands-on equipment operation, strong food-safety awareness, clear communication, and mechanical aptitude to help convert raw ingredients into finished liquid products safely and efficiently.

The role centers on protecting both product quality and employee safety throughout the daily production routine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run production machines and prepare products according to the planned schedule and recipe requirements.
  • Set and fine-tune process settings such as pre-refiners, refiners, and conch temperatures, and add ingredients based on specifications.
  • Work with PLC-based systems to monitor equipment performance and keep operations running correctly.
  • Move product safely between process equipment and finished-product tanks.
  • Carry out quality verification tasks, including fineness checks and CCP monitoring, and document the outcomes.
  • Handle basic and preventive maintenance tasks, and raise mechanical concerns when further support is needed.
  • Follow all food-safety rules, HACCP standards, and sanitation requirements without exception.
  • Enter production information into SAP and other systems, and keep inventory and records accurate.
  • Maintain complete production logs, shift notes, and operational paperwork.
  • Share production updates, issues, and handover details clearly with teammates and supervisors, while helping in cross-trained duties as required.

Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to SAP is considered a plus.
  • Must be able to move freely throughout the facility.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to work in hot conditions is required.

Working Hours

This role follows continental shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM and 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM.

Day shift and night shift coverage are both part of the schedule.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $30.
