Product Manager

About the role

This position is for a product leader who will oversee the complete lifecycle of a product, from early concept development and customer validation through launch and post-launch optimization. The work centers on helping enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 organizations, grow through solutions shaped by both strategy and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners within a global Center of Excellence environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the product roadmap, turning market intelligence and customer input into a clear set of prioritized initiatives tied to business impact.
• Run discovery and validation work based on testable hypotheses so that new ideas are proven before they are expanded.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver product releases that are high quality, timely, and within scope.
• Develop and present product vision and strategy to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Use user research and usability testing to shape interface and experience decisions and to continuously refine the customer journey.
• Review product performance and growth metrics through analytics tools to support decision-making and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support customer acquisition by mapping buying paths, strengthening value propositions, and contributing to pre-sales activities.
• Coach and guide teammates while building a work culture focused on ownership, learning, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• A master's degree or a higher qualification in computer science, a related technical discipline, or business.
• At least 3 years of software product management experience in enterprise or international settings, with responsibility for the full lifecycle from discovery through launch.
• Strong command of product and analytics platforms such as Aha, Productboard, Jira, or BI tools, including roadmap planning and decisions informed by data.
• Advanced capability in hypothesis-based product development, including customer research, usability testing, and validation of product-market fit.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methods, and project management practices for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across functions, including executive communication, negotiation, and alignment building.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn unclear customer needs into a practical product direction.
• Working proficiency in English for presentations, documentation, and client communication.

Compensation details

The expected base salary for this position is USD 106,600 to 180,400 per year. This range reflects the company’s internal compensation framework and budget for the role. Candidates may also be considered for variable pay separately, where applicable, which could result in additional earnings beyond the base salary.
