Product Manager

About the Company

This role is with a startup building product-led solutions in the information technology space. The company operates with a B2B model and is currently at the pre-seed stage. It is hiring in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Compensation

The stated salary range for this position is ₹10-40 Lacs per annum.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of delivering meaningful AI-driven features from the initial concept through prototype and all the way to production.
• Turn loosely defined ideas into working solutions quickly, often within hours or days instead of long development cycles.
• Partner closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment where development moves very quickly.
• Engage with users, interpret feedback carefully, and convert scattered inputs into clear product direction.
• Work directly with company leadership, including the CPTO, to shape product strategy.
• Move quickly while still protecting product quality and user trust.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience in fast-moving technology companies.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-based products such as LLM applications, GPT-powered tools, recommendation systems, computer vision, or NLP products.
• Strong understanding of how modern models work, including transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Comfort working alongside engineers and possibly creating early prototypes yourself.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to ask the right questions and also recognize when it is time to launch.

Bonus Qualifications

• An engineering degree from a Tier 1 college is considered an advantage.
• Experience in a zero-to-one environment or on a founding team is preferred.
• Interest in AI research and familiarity with concepts such as RAG are beneficial.
