Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tests and procedures while keeping the phone queue moving efficiently
- Work across departments to support smooth clinic operations
- Help sustain a strong service culture with patients, caregivers, and vendors
- Deliver professional, helpful support to callers and patients
- Support appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination when needed
Requirements
- Must live within 90 miles of Chattanooga, Tennessee
