Role Overview

McCabes Pharmacy, part of PHX Ireland, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for its Fairgreen location in Mullingar, County Westmeath. This is a permanent, full-time onsite opportunity.

Key Duties

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
• Maintain prescription documentation and handle monthly HSE PCRS claim processing.
• Provide practical over-the-counter guidance to customers and patients.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable service and build positive relationships with people who visit the pharmacy.
• Oversee dispensary stock by monitoring expiry dates, placing orders, and helping the dispensary run efficiently.
• Contribute ideas, support team initiatives, and take an active role in personal and professional development.

Required Background

Candidates should hold an IPU Pharmacy Technician course qualification or a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies.
