Role Overview

This is a fast-paced, high-trust support role for a Personal Assistant who will work closely with a Founder and CEO in San Francisco’s Financial District. The position is fully in-office and blends executive-level personal support, logistics coordination, and project management. The right person will be energized by variety, urgency, and the chance to keep both personal and business priorities running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Run a constantly changing calendar and stay ahead of scheduling needs.
  • Arrange complex travel across commercial and private options, including detailed itineraries.

  • Oversee multiple residences, vendors, repairs, and related projects from start to finish.
