About the Role
We are hiring a dependable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative work and routine office operations. This position involves working closely with the company owner to keep both professional and personal schedules running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday office activities so the workplace runs efficiently and without disruption.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, including handling letters, emails, and phone conversations.
- Coordinate and organize daily operational needs and general assistance tasks as required.
- Help manage the owner’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, and related scheduling needs.
Requirements
- Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and dependable approach to work.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
