About the role

foodpanda is looking for an energetic HR trainee to support internal people initiatives and help bring engagement and recognition campaigns to life. This role offers practical exposure to HR work while contributing to programs that shape employee experience and company culture.

What you'll do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee recognition and engagement activities tied to themes such as celebrating positive energy, appreciating resilience, and identifying expertise and hidden potential.
  • Take care of campaign-related administration, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, budget tracking for recognition activities, and event logistics.
  • Help draft and distribute internal communications across channels such as Slack and town halls to build awareness and participation.
  • Contribute creative content for recognition initiatives, including employee and manager spotlights and feature stories.
  • Research effective recognition and engagement practices, then assist in gathering and reviewing feedback to understand campaign impact.
  • Coordinate smaller project workstreams, including growth-focused projects and logistics for high-potential and executive coaching programs.
  • Provide broader administrative support to the Singapore People Team as needed.

  • You should be currently studying for, or recently graduated with, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
