Role overview
This remote contract position is for a People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator. The work centers on reviewing AI-produced outputs and judging them against role-specific quality standards.
What you'll do
- Assess AI-generated materials using domain-specific evaluation criteria.
- Spot mistakes related to facts, visual presentation, and overall quality in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
- Write precise, organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong subject-matter knowledge to rate outputs for correctness and depth.
- Work autonomously and on an asynchronous schedule while helping refine AI-created deliverables.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least five years of relevant People Ops or recruiting experience, along with strong English fluency at either a native or professional level. Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is important, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred profile
An advanced degree, such as a Master's or higher, from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
