Role overview
Coastal Primary Care Network is looking for a driven, compassionate, and patient-centred dietitian to become part of its established, supportive team. This post offers the opportunity to work in primary care, run your own clinics, and contribute to a broader multidisciplinary service across four GP practices. The position is designed for someone who wants to make a real difference to patient wellbeing through holistic care, practical nutrition advice, and support that helps people make informed choices about their health.
The first area of focus will be diabetes support, with the caseload expected to grow over time to include frailty, malnutrition, and weight management.
About Coastal PCN
Coastal Primary Care Network supports more than 30,000 patients across the south coast of Cornwall. It is made up of four GP practices that work together closely to deliver joined-up care.
The local population includes young families, people in work, and a growing older community, creating a varied and rewarding setting for clinical practice. The practices are committed to delivering high standards of care and consistently receive strong patient satisfaction feedback.
Job details
Salary: up to £49,257 per year, pro rata, depending on experience.
Working hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
Contract type: permanent.
Work location: across all GP practices within Coastal Primary Care Network.
