Patient Scheduler - Full-Time

Role Overview

This full-time Medical Assistant position supports a cancer clinic by coordinating patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up visits. The role also includes hands-on clinical support and administrative tasks that help keep patient flow organized and efficient.

Core Duties

• Arrange new patient visits, procedures, and follow-up appointments using Epic.
• Help coordinate treatment schedules and related care visits.
• Prepare charts and supporting materials before patient appointments.
• Room patients and record vital signs.
• Review medications as part of the patient intake process.
• Assist with setting up procedures.
• Work closely with the care team in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification is required, or it must be obtained within 90 days if not already held.
