Job Summary

New Horizons is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Support and Data Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring clients receive timely services by managing appointment coordination, gathering necessary documentation, and verifying client demographic and insurance information within our electronic medical records system. The specialist will also be responsible for handling client communications via phone, including initial scheduling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up client insurance details within the electronic medical records system.
  • Managing incoming calls from clients, providing information, and scheduling initial appointments.
  • Overseeing the initial client contact and intake procedures to ensure a smooth process.
  • Determining and communicating client fees based on agency guidelines.
