What You Will Do

• Keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly so productivity and efficiency remain high.
• Create, refine, and roll out operational procedures, policies, and practical best practices.
• Track how operations are performing and lead ongoing improvement efforts.
• Control budgets, allocate resources wisely, and manage operating expenses.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams so they can deliver on business goals.
• Review operational data and turn it into clear performance reports for senior leadership.
• Make sure all work follows company rules, relevant regulations, and safety requirements.
• Work closely with other teams to improve workflows and enhance service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous experience in operations management, business operations, or another similar leadership position.
• Well-developed leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, process optimization, and KPI monitoring.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP or other business management software.
