Role Overview
Fire Game Studios is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager in the United Arab Emirates who can improve efficiency, strengthen day-to-day execution, and support overall business growth. This position is intended for someone who can take ownership of operational performance, coordinate across teams, and help create scalable business processes.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time role
- On-site position, with hybrid working also available
Key Responsibilities
- Direct routine business activities to keep operations smooth, efficient, and productive.
- Create, refine, and roll out operational policies, standard processes, and practical best practices.
- Track operational results and lead ongoing improvement efforts.
- Control budgets, allocate resources wisely, and keep operating costs in check.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams so business goals are met.
- Review operational metrics and turn findings into performance reports for senior leadership.
- Maintain adherence to company rules, industry requirements, and safety standards.
- Work closely with other departments to improve workflows and service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or another closely related discipline is expected.
- Applicants should have prior experience in operations management, business operations, or a comparable leadership position.
- Strong leadership, planning, and sound judgment are essential.
- The role calls for excellent analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience in performance management, process improvement, and KPI monitoring is important.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders are required.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP or business management platforms is needed.
