Operations Executive - Supply Chain

Role overview

The Operations Executive for Supply Chain serves as the central point of contact connecting the warehouse, delivery partners, and customers. This role is responsible for spotting issues related to deliveries, warehouse operations, and customer escalations, then resolving them using practical, cost-conscious approaches.

Core responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication with warehouses, delivery partners, and customers in a prompt and professional way.
• Identify and troubleshoot delivery disruptions, warehouse concerns, and customer complaints.
• Manage sensitive situations by escalating them through the correct reporting channel when needed.
• Maintain strong service standards and work to meet or outperform performance targets.
• Use logical reasoning to analyze problems, investigate root causes, and spot recurring trends.
• Suggest process improvements based on findings from issue analysis and operational patterns.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and correctly.
• Good comprehension skills and the ability to stay focused on customer issues until they are resolved.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and Google Sheets.
• Background in logistics, including control tower operations, is required.
