Operations Director - Beauty

Role overview

A private equity-backed consumer brand group is growing a portfolio of health and beauty businesses spanning cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, and wellness products. They are looking for an accomplished Operations Director to build the operational backbone needed for more predictable, controlled, and resilient growth.

What the role covers

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee Supply Chain, Product Development & Regulatory, and Customer Support as an integrated, high-performing operation. The role calls for stronger processes, sharper planning, and better forecasting, while working in close partnership with Commercial, Brand, and Finance teams so growth plans are practical, aligned, and achievable.

Core operational focus

You will own end-to-end supply chain performance and help improve sourcing, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. A further priority is strengthening product development and regulatory delivery, with a focus on faster turnaround times while preserving quality, compliance, and commercial discipline.

Customer experience leadership

You will also lead the omnichannel customer support function, setting a high standard for service and using customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.
